This project was truly incredible, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. As the sole designer working with the Northern Nevada PRSA board, I played a key role in shaping the PRSA’s Silver Spike Award ceremony, with the creative freedom to develop the 2025 Western-themed concept. Inspired by the team of mostly women, we decided to create a mascot named “Betty” to represent the event, which became the face of the 2025 Silver Spike Awards. We met tight deadlines across various tasks, including social media, web ticketing, postcards, and invitations, and I also had the opportunity to design the event program and presentation. Additionally, we created a Betty cutout for fun photo opportunities, allowing attendees to photobomb and commemorate their awards in a memorable way.
